Treva Mason of the women's basketball team was selected as the Student-Athlete of the Month, sponsored by Courtyard and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott St. Augustine, for the month of January.

Mason was selected as the Student-Athlete of the Week twice for the weeks of Jan. 8 and 21.

Mason started all nine games for the Saints. She averaged 6.8 points and 9.3 rebounds per game. She recorded a pair of double-doubles in January. Mason scored 12 points and grabbed 20 rebounds vs. Georgia College (Jan. 7) and scored 12 points and grabbed 15 rebounds vs. Montevallo (Jan. 21).

For the season, Mason is averaging 6.0 points and a team-high 7.7 rebounds per game.
