Jonathan Armold of the baseball team was selected as the TraveLynx Student-Athlete of the Week for the period ending Feb. 13.

In his lone appearance this week on the hill for the Saints, Armold hurled seven innings, allowed five hits, one earned run and struck out seven in Flagler's 7-2 win over No. 16 West Florida last Friday night. He limited a team which came in with a .395 batting average to a .192 average for the game. The Argonauts were averaging 10 runs per game.

This season, Armold has a record of 1-1 and a staff-low 1.06 earned run average. He leads the staff in strikeouts (17) and innings pitched (17.0).
