SAINT AUGUSTINE, Fla – The Flagler College Department of Athletics is excited to announce that registration is now open for the 2026 Crimson & Gold Banquet and the President's Golf Classic. The two-day event is an athletics fundraiser with one hundred percent of the proceeds going to the Flagler Athletics general scholarship fund.
 
The festivities will get underway on Thursday, November 12 from the Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Augustine Oceanfront Resort with the Crimson & Gold Banquet. Social hour and silent auction bidding will begin at 6:00 p.m. with dinner to follow at 7:00 p.m. This year's keynote speaker is Cazzie Russell, a two-time consensus All-American and a member of the Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame after earning College Basketball Player of the Year honors in 1966. The former number one draft pick played 12 seasons in the NBA, culminating in an NBA Championship with the New York Knicks in 1970. Russell currently serves on the Flagler women's basketball staff as a Special Assistant to head coach Mo Smith. The events will continue on Friday, November 13 from the King & Bear at World Golf Village with the President's Golf Classic. The shotgun start is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. All golfers receive a welcome gift bag, commemorative golf polo, breakfast, two drink tickets, one snack ticket, and a banquet luncheon. Businesses can sponsor a hole for $1,000 and showcase with signage and company recognition at the designated hole. In addition, sponsoring a hole includes your company logo with a link on the event website and recognition in select Flagler College publications. Please note that sponsorships do not include golfer registration as golfers wishing to participate in the tournament must register separately.
