VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Abby Misch of the Flagler College women's track and field team finished her 800 meter race this evening at the NCAA Division II National Championship, at the Virginia Beach Sports Center.

Misch was one of 18 athletes to compete in three heats of the 800. Being the lone athlete to represent Flagler, Misch one of three athletes from the region. Running in heat three, Misch placed fifth and 15th overall in 2:11.68. Against conference opponents, Misch outran Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Allegra Triner by .53.
