TEMPE, Ariz. – The Flagler College women's tennis team is ranked No. 38 according to the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division II Coaches Poll, which was released Wednesday afternoon.
Flagler is currently 2-6 and plays host to No. 17 Lenoir-Rhyne University this morning.
There are four PBC teams, including Flagler, that are ranked in the top 50. The University of North Georgia is ranked No. 9 while Columbus State University is No. 26. Middle Georgia State University debuts at No. 32.
Elena Ondobo checks in at No. 15 in the singles rankings. She holds a 17-4 record this season and is 12-2 in the spring.
Eryka Kruk jumped up to No. 21. She is 16-6 this year and is 11-3 in the spring.
The University of West Florida tops the ranking. Barry University and the University of West Alabama follow at Nos. 2 and 3. The University of Findlay is No. 4 and Washburn University is No. 5.
The next ranking is March 18.
