ST. AUGUSTINE – Flagler College's Marley Smith scored a team high 14 points in a 68-52 loss to Augusta University in a Peach Belt Conference women's basketball game Saturday afternoon at Flagler Gym.

Augusta won its fourth game in a row and improved to 13-5 overall and 8-3 in the Peach Belt. The Jaguars won both games in the series this year. Flagler dropped to 8-11 overall and 3-8 in conference play. The Saints are on the road Wednesday at Georgia Southwestern State University.

The Saints got as close as six points twice in the third quarter after basket by Carleigh Grimm and a free throw from Aspen Weeks.
