NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. - The Flagler College women's lacrosse team was named a Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Association (IWLCA) Academic Honor Squad along with 13 Saints to its Academic Honor Roll this afternoon.
Flagler is one of 83 institutions within NCAA Division II to receive this honor. To be recognized, the team must have posted a 3.2 or higher cumulative grade point average (GPA), with the Saints pulling in a 3.4 GPA.
For an athlete to be eligible for the honor roll, they must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 as well as be a junior, senior or graduate student.
