AUGUSTA, Ga. – Flagler College's Paige Churchill and Grace Simon were selected as the Peach Belt Conference's Player and Defender of the Week, according to a release this afternoon by conference officials.
 
Churchill scored three goals, which all came against Albany State University, to help lead Flagler to a 1-1 week. The Tallahassee, Florida native recorded her third career hat trick as she helped the Saints rout the Lady Golden Rams, 8-0.

Simon scored her first collegiate goal and it came at a very opportune time for the Saints. Flagler trailed 1-0 and with just 36 seconds left on the clock, she blasted a shot into the net to tie the game. The Brighton, Michigan native helped key a Flagler defense that conceded one goal last week.
