Baseball releases 2025 schedule

1/15/2025 3:44:00 PM

ST. AUGUSTINE – Flagler College head baseball coach Greg Guilliams has announced the 2025 schedule this afternoon. The Saints have a 49-game slate with 28 home dates.

Flagler finished last year with a 29-24 overall record and went 16-11 in the Peach Belt Conference. The Saints advanced to the PBC Tournament Championship Series.

The Saints will face six teams that won 30 or more games last year and three teams that advanced to regional play.

Flagler welcomes The University of Alabama in Huntsville for opening weekend, Jan. 31-Feb. 1. The two teams will play a three-game set at Drysdale Field.

The Saints hit the road for the next four games. Feb. 7-8 Flagler will be at Saint Leo University for a three-game series and then head to Florida Tech on Feb. 11 for a single game.

The next 12 games are all at the Ancient City. Eckerd College comes in for a four-game series Feb. 14-16 and American International College also will play a four-game set, Feb. 20-22, at Drysdale. The PBC opener will be Feb. 28-March 2 as Lander University comes to town for three games. Assumption University rounds out the homestand with a single game on March 4.

Seven of the next eight games are on the road. Flagler heads to Columbus State University, March 7-9, and then plays at USC Aiken the following weekend. In between those to league series is a home game against Rollins College on March 11. The Saints head up I-95 to face Edward Waters University on March 18.

The PBC Tournament Championship Series rematch is March 21-23 as Georgia College & State University comes in for three games. The Saints finish their home-and-home schedule with Florida Tech on March 25 in St. Augustine.

Flagler returns to the road for a three-game series at Georgia Southwestern State University (March 28-April 1) and then face former rival Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach on April 1.

Claflin University heads to Flagler for a three-game set (April 4-6) and Embry-Riddle makes the short trek to St. Augustine on April 8.

After a conference series at the University of North Georgia (April 11-13), Flagler hosts USC Beaufort (April 18-20) and Edward Waters (April 22).

Flagler closes out the regular season at Augusta University, April 25-27.

The PBC Tournament will be held May 2-4 at the two highest seeds. The two sites will have four teams that will play a double-elimination format. The winners advance to play in the championship series, like Flagler did last year, at the highest remaining seed in a best-of-three series.

The regionals will be held May 15-18 and the super regionals follow May 22-24. The NCAA Division II Tournament will be held May 30-June 7 at Cary, North Carolina.
