Carley Tepel lead No. 9 (IWLCA Division II Top 25) Flagler College with five goals in the first round of the NCAA Division II National Tournament at No. 6 Florida Southern College at Berend Field. Florida Southern's Jackie Stoller scored the game-winning goal with 2:10 left to go in overtime, 16-15.

Florida Southern (16-4) will move on to play the winner of the University of Tampa and Lynn University game, in a national quarterfinal on May 18.

Flagler's season ends 17-3 in just its third season as a team. This is the Saints second NCAA appearance. Flagler also won the Gulf South Conference regular-season and post-season tournament titles for the second year in a row.

The Mocs managed a small lead in the first few quarters, but goals from Tepel and
Lexie Morton tied up the score at 15, to bring the teams into overtime.

Despite falling short at the very end, the Saints defense stood out today. Saints goalie
Lauren Ribadeneira made 10 saves and earned six ground balls.
Ella Pinder won eighth draw controls.
Katelyn Trainor caused three turnovers and won two draw controls.
