TAMPA, Fla. – A group of freshmen on the women's track and field team competed at The Spartan Classic on Friday afternoon at Peppin Stadium. 
 
Five athletes ran in the 1500-meter race with two finishing in the top 15. Kiki Wine was the first to finish for the Saints with a time of 5:01.47 to earn seventh. Behind her was Bella Sibbrell in 13th with a time of 5:08.47. Rounding out the top 25 were Vivian Brezler (5:23.36) and Catie Ingoldsby (5:24.97) in 23rd and 24th, respectively. The final Saint to finish was Lexi Kulis in 37th with a time of 5:49.69. 
 
Up next for the Saints is the Bob Hayes Invitational at Hodges Stadium in Jacksonville, Fla. on March 15-16.
