ST AUGUSTINE. –
Luke Burton scored the equalizer with 40 seconds left in the game, but No. 15 (USILA Division II Coaches Poll) Florida Southern College scored 49 seconds into the overtime session to edge Flagler College 14-13 in a non-conference men's lacrosse game Saturday night at the Flagler Lacrosse Field.
The Saints now drop to 3-2 overall and the Mocs improve to 2-2.
Caiden Wiech scored the game-winner for the Mocs.
The Florida Southern and Flagler stayed close the entire game ending the first half tied at six.
Eight different Saints found the back of the net tonight, however it wasn't enough.
Trace McDonald finished with three goals and three assists.
Tyler Douglass added three more goals and one assist. The Saints defense managed to have some bright moments. The Saints collected 26 ground balls in total with six from

Nate Lehr came out of tonight's game with eight saves.
Maddux Walton paced the Mocs with three goals and an assist. Brydon Robichaud had two goals and three assists while Wiech scored two goals and added two assists. Michael Simone tallied 13 saves.
The Saints will return on March 2 at 7 p.m. for a home match up against Rollins College.
