COLUMBUS, Ga- The Flagler College softball team lost 9-0 against Columbus State University in a Peach Belt Conference game on Sunday afternoon.
The Saints (12-23, 7-11) had four hits during the game.

Cassidy Crump,
Mackenzie Smith and
Courtney Robinson each connected on a single.
Jordan Sheets took the loss for the Saints after pitching four innings, giving up five runs and seven hits. The freshman walked one batter and had two strikeouts.
Rachel Hester pitched just under an inning and gave up four runs and three hits.
The Cougars (28-11, 13-2) added their first two runs during the second inning. A double drove in Laura Harris. A foul out allowed Kenzie Bayer to make it 2-0. In the third inning, Bayer had a two-RBI home run to right center. In the fifth inning, Madeline Parker, Harris and Bayer scored.
Hannah Rose Corbin (14-7) earned the win after pitching five innings.
Next, the Saints will host Saint Leo in a non-conference doubleheader on Wednesday.
