HARTWELL, Ga. – The Flagler College men's golf team finished in 13^th place with a 12-over par 864 (280-294-290) at the Cateechee Fall Invitational, which ended this afternoon at the Cateechee Golf Club (par 71; 6,646 yards).

No. 6 (Bushnell/Golfweek D2 Coaches Poll) University of North Georgia took home the team title with a 37-under 815 (264-276-275). The Nighthawks topped the 20-team field by 16 strokes. No. 11 Lincoln Memorial University finished in second place with a 21-under 831 (279-276-276). No. 8 Georgia Southwestern State University recorded a 13-under 839 (275-282-282) to finish third. No. 16 Carson-Newman University shot a 6-under 846 (280-284-282) to finish in fourth place. Four of the teams in the field are ranked in the national poll and eight more, including Flagler, are receiving votes. 

Max Reynolds of Lincoln Memorial topped the 107-man field with a 15-under 198 (67-67-64). He finished two strokes ahead of Ethan Day of North Georgia who carded a 13-under 200 (65-65-70).

Nic Eberhard led the Saints with an even par 213 (72-71-70). He finished in a tie for 28^th place. Roo Fenwick shot a 5-over 218 (72-77-69) and tied for 55^th place. Gabriele Romani (+6) and Nic Whittaker (+7) finished in 58^th and 65^th places. Joel Petersson (+11) rounded out the team.  

Flagler concludes the fall season at the Currahee Collegiate Championship (Oct. 23-24) at Toccoa, Georgia.
