TOCCOA, Ga. – The Flagler College men's golf team finished in 10^th place with a 32-over par 896 (299-298-299) at the McCoy-Wright Currahee Invitational, which ended this afternoon at the Currahee Golf Club (par 72; 7,513 yards).

Nic Eberhard led the Saints with a 5-over 221 (75-73-73). He finished in a tie for 23^rd place. Eberhard recorded nine birdies and 32 pars in the 54-hole tournament.

Top-ranked (Bushnell/Golfweek D2 Coaches Poll) University of North Georgia took home the team title with a 10-under 854 (290-283-281). The Nighthawks topped the 16-team field by five strokes. No. 3 Lincoln Memorial University finished in second place with a 5-under 859 (292-289-278). Barton College recorded a 5-over 869 (296-296-277) to finish third. Three of the teams in the field were ranked in the national poll and five more, including Flagler, were receiving votes. 

Noah Zediker of North Georgia topped the 78-man field with a 9-under 207 (68-70-69). He finished one stroke ahead of Alex James of Lincoln Memorial who carded an 8-under 208 (69-72-67).

Nic Whittaker finished in a tie for 30^th place with a 7-over 223 for the Saints. Roo Fenwick followed with a 12-over 228 and finished in a tie for 46^th place. Joel Petersson tied for 51^st place with a 13-over 229. Tomas Cavanagh rounded out the team with an 18-over 234.

That wraps up the fall season for the Flagler men's golf team.
