TEMPE, Ariz. – The Flagler College women's tennis team earned Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team honors while four players were named ITA Scholar-Athletes.
Anika Nissen,
Gianna Rosato,
Eden Schlagenhauf, and
Alessandra Traub were the scholar athlete honorees.
As a team, the Saints held a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.42. To be eligible for the award, teams must possess a combined GPA of at least 3.20.
To earn ITA Scholar-Athlete status, a player must be a varsity letterwinner, have a grade point average of at least 3.50 (on a 4.0 scale) for the current academic year, and have been enrolled at their present school for at least two semesters.
