WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.—The Flagler College women's track and field team ran in its second indoor meet of the year at the JDL Flat is Fast Invitational.
The Saints had four runners compete in two different events, 800m and the 3000m.
Three runners placed in the top-10 in the 800m, with all four Saints that ran in the event finishing within one second of each other.
Maddi Hood and
Madison Peele placed eighth and ninth while posting times of 2:29.25 and 2:29.62.
Olivia Farley followed with a time of 2:29.69 to give her 10
th place.
Marissa Kempf finished in 12
th with a final mark of 2:29.81.
In the 3000m,
Monika Kubai earned third place while posting a final time of 10:29.91.
The Saints next meet has them returning to Winston-Salem, Feb. 4-5, to compete in the Camel City Invite.
