LAKELAND, Fla. –
Aaron Anderson went 3-for-4 with a solo home run in Flagler College's 9-1 loss at Florida Southern College in a non-conference baseball game Tuesday night at Henley Field.
Florida Southern extended its winning streak to six games and improved to 13-8 overall. Flagler dropped to 13-11.
The Moccasins struck early. Florida Southern scored four runs in the first inning and never looked back.
Jacob Teter hit a two-run single to right field to get the Mocs on the board, and later, Alex Goebel drove him home with a single to increase the lead to 4-0.
Anderson led off the top of the fourth with a home run to right field.
Florida Southern added four in the fifth and one more in the sixth.
Trevor Castell (2-1) allowed just one run on three hits in six innings of work He struck out seven batters. Three relief pitchers finished the last three innings.
Collin Camarigg went 3-for-5 with a double, a run scored, and he had one run batted in. Teter finished with two singles, two runs scored, and two RBI.
Cooper Wallace (0-1) started and went one inning. He surrendered three earned runs on four hits.

Aaron Simple followed.
Flagler hosts Auburn University at Montgomery tomorrow at 6 p.m. at Drysdale Field.
