Sara Davis recorded 11 kills and added three total blocks while
Karlie Redfern finished with nine kills and four aces as Flagler College rolled to a 3-0 (25-21, 25-22, 25-14) win over Erskine College in a non-conference volleyball match Saturday afternoon at Belk Arena.
Flagler extended its winning streak to 12 matches and improved to 17-3 overall. Erskine has lost five in a row and dropped to 2-21.
Taja Valmyr added eight kills and seven digs for the Saints.
Cadie O'Hern hit an efficient .444 with five kills and one error on nine swings.
Kayla Norelli led the defense with a match-high 11 digs.
Tara Savisky tallied 35 assists.
Kayla Duncan led Erskine with 11 kills and finished with a .527 hitting percentage as she had two errors on 17 swings. Reilly Bartlett added five kills, two aces, 21 assists and seven digs. Rachel Meyer collected 10 digs.
Flagler returns to conference play on Friday (Nov. 3) when Lander University visits for an 11 a.m. match at Flagler Gymnasium. The early start is for "Education Day" as several local middle schools will be in attendance.
