Nick Kranick drew a bases loaded walk in the sixth to give Flagler a 4-2 lead. That walked knocked CSU starting pitcher Zach Helewski out of the game.
The Cougars kept the game close in the bottom of the sixth. Cameron Scott led off the inning with a double and he scored on Castro's single to cut the deficit to within a run.
