Flagler College Athletics

Paige Churchill of the women’s soccer team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week for the period ending Sept. 14.

The Tallahassee, Florida native scored two goals to help Flagler College post a 1-0-1 record last week. Churchill scored the first goal of the match in a 3-1 win over Eckerd College and then scored the equalizer in a 1-1 tie at Florida Tech. She logged 130 minutes on the pitch and took seven shots, six of which were on frame. 

Churchill is sixth in the Peach Belt Conference in goals per match (0.667) and is second in shots on goal per match (2.33).
