Taylor Stone of the women's track and field team was selected as the Athlete of the Month, sponsored by Holiday Inn Express for the month of January.

Stone was selected as the athlete of the week on Jan. 28.

(From the Jan. 28 Release) The Largo, Florida native finished second overall in the 3000 meter race at the RADD Sports Invitational this past Friday with a time of 9:43.73, 20 seconds faster than the next racer behind her. With this time, Stone ranks first in the conference and is 16^th in the nation, qualifying for nationals by ten seconds.
