Jordan Berglin of the volleyball team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week for the period ending Nov. 24.
She was named the PBC Tournament MVP as she helped lead the Saints to the tournament title last Saturday. In the two matches Flagler played, Berglin recorded 38 kills, hit .337, had 19 digs, and added six total blocks. Berglin had 15 kills, 10 digs, and five total blocks in a 3-1 win over USC Aikne in the semifinal match. In the championship match against Augusta, the Pewaukee, Wis. native had a match-high 23 kills, hit a career-best .528, and added nine digs in the sweep.
Berglin is second in the PBC in kills per set (3.39).
