Madison North of the women's soccer team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week, for the period ending Nov. 13. 

The Milton, Vermont native made a combined 11 saves while holding a .917 save percentage in the first and second rounds of the NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Championship. North had seven saves in the first round against the University of North Carolina Pembroke, earning her seventh shutout of the season to help Flagler advance to the second round.

The senior keeper made four saves in the 1-1 tie against Catawba College, three of which came in the final 65 minutes while the Saints had only 10 players on the field. North then made two saves during the penalty kick shootout to propel Flagler to its third straight NCAA Southeast Regional Championship. 

The keeper has started in 19 games for the Saints, notching 1737 minutes played so far this season. North holds a .93 goals against average, has made 74 saves and has a .804 save percentage.
