Jaizec Lottie of the men's basketball team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week for the period ending Feb. 20.
Lottie averaged 31.0 points and 4.5 assists per game last week for the Saints. He sank 94.4 percent of his free throw attempts, including making all 14 at Augusta University last Saturday. Last Wednesday, Lottie poured in 32 points, 19 alone in the first half, against Clayton State University. The Aurora, Colorado native followed that up with a 30-point effort against No. 12 Augusta.
Lottie is averaging 22.8 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 5.2 assists per game. He has made 81 percent of his free throw attempts. Lottie leads the PBC in scoring and assists, is second in free throw percentage, third in steals, seventh in field goal percentage, and 11th in rebounding.
