Jaizec Lottie of the men's basketball team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week, for the period ending Nov. 22.
Lottie averaged 29.5 points and 7.5 rebounds per game last week for the Saints. The 6-foot-2 senior guard from Aurora, Colorado turned in game-highs in points (29), rebounds (9), and assists (5) in an 85-81 exhibition loss at Florida International University last Wednesday. In the season opener last Friday at FIU, Lottie poured in 30 points, as he made 6-of-10 from behind the three-point arc, in an 82-75 loss. He grabbed six rebounds.Â
Lottie and the Saints will take on Central Michigan University on Wednesday at Miami, Florida. Â
