Gedi Juozapaitis of the men's basketball team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week, for the period ending Jan. 5.

This is the second consecutive week he has been selected for this award.

Juozapaitis scored 24 of his game-high 33 points in the second half to lead Flagler to a 90-68 win at North Georgia. It was his third 30+ point outing this season. He made 11-of-18 from the field and was 5-of-11 from long range. Juozapaitis was a perfect 6-for-6 from the free throw line and he grabbed nine rebounds.

The sophomore from London, England leads the league in rebounding, is second in scoring, and third in 3-pt field goal percentage.
