Sara Sandberg of the women's soccer team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week, for the period ending Oct. 20.

This is her second athlete of the week award this season.

Sandberg had a record-breaking game on Wednesday against Eckerd College. She scored four goals, which tied a single-match school record, but she added two assists to give her a school record 10 points in a match. The Orebro, Sweden native passed a fellow Swede, Annika Hogberg, for the points record. 

Sandberg leads the PBC in goals (15) and points (37), and is second in assists (7).
