Damerit Brown of the men's basketball team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week, for the period ending Nov 26.
Brown scored 20 of his season-high 27 points in the second half as Flagler held off Saint Leo, 75-70. The Ocoee, Florida native also recorded his first double-double of the season as he grabbed 12 rebounds.
Brown leads the PBC with 16 three-pointers made, is second in defensive rebounds, third in points, total rebounds and rebounds per game, fourth in free throws made and points per game.Â
