Heloise Duffie de Tassigny of the women's cross country team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week, for the period ending Sept. 11.

Duffie de Tassigny posted a career-best 5K time of 18:57.32 at last Saturday's Florida Tech Invitational. She finished sixth in the non-Division I portion of the race, but her time would have beaten all of the DI runners. Her time also ranks 11th on the all-time list at Flagler.

Duffie de Tassigny holds the second fastest time in the PBC in a 5K race.
