Shelbi Lindsey of the women's basketball team was selected as the TraveLynx Student-Athlete of the Week, for the period ending Dec. 15.

Lindsey scored a team-high 21 points in 65-56 PBC-opening loss at Young Harris on Saturday. She made five 3-pointers and sank 4 of 6 from the free throw line. Lindsey also grabbed seven rebounds.

Lindsey leads the PBC in 3-pointers made with 18.
