Ashley Cheewah of the volleyball team was selected as the Diamond in the Rough for the month of September, sponsored by Nettles Fine Jewelry.

“Ashley is a freshmen middle blocker and is an integral part of our leading the Peach Belt Conference in blocking," said head coach Brian Heffernan. "Her offensive skills are developing and we would like to see her get the ball more and more as the season progresses. Ashley has a tremendous heart, a strong work ethic, and is a joy for her teammates and coaches to be with both on and off of the court.”
