Ante Gospic of the men's basketball team was selected as the TraveLynx Student-Athlete of the Week for the period ending Jan 20.

This is the second time this month he has been selected as the student-athlete of the week (Jan. 6).

Gospic averaged a team-high 19.0 points and 10.5 rebounds per game and helped lead Flagler to a 2-0 week. He made 14-of-his-29 shots from the field for a 48.3% clip and made 10-of-13 free throw attempts (76.9%). His 19 points and 12 rebounds helped Flagler in its 70-53 rout of Georgia Southwestern on Saturday (Jan. 19).

Gospic ranks second in the Peach Belt Conference in rebounds per game (9.6), and is fourth in points per game (18.6). He is ninth in made free throws (76), and is 10th in free throw percentage (78.9).
