Mike Andres joined the Flagler College men’s basketball coaching staff as an assistant coach for the 2025-26 season.
Andres spent the past four seasons as an assistant coach for Moravian University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. He was part of the coaching staff that helped Drew reach the Landmark Conference championship game in 2021-22, then made strong contributions to the staff at Moravian, which enjoyed a strong turnaround and reached the Landmark Conference playoffs in 2024-25.
Andres, a Flagler graduate, played from 1983-85 for Hall of Fame Head Coach Bo Clark and Craig Schafer. He is excited to return to St. Augustine to contribute to Flagler basketball’s continued success. Prior to beginning his coaching career, Andres enjoyed a career in finance/banking in New York City.
