    Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach
Caitlyn Posey begins her third season as an assistant volleyball coach this fall.

She starred as a libero for the Saints from 2012-15. Posey (then Kovach) ranks third all-time in digs with 1,907 and is ninth in sets played with 468. She recorded the third-most digs in a season with 641. Posey earned Daktroincs All-Southeast Region second-team honors in 2013 and was a two-time PBC Presidential Honor Roll scholar.

Following her time at Flagler, Posey moved to West Palm Beach, Florida, with her husband, Matt. She worked for the International Management Group, which runs the The Honda Classic, a PGA Tour event. 

In 2017, she attended the Princeton (N.J.) Theological Seminary for two years. Posey taught adult educational courses for a local Presbyterian church and was involved in a teaching ministry cohort that explored Christian formation of adults within the context of a congregation. Upon her graduation from the seminary, she received The John Havran Award for Excellence in Christian Education.   

Posey graduated from Flagler College in 2016 with a bachelor's in sport management with a minor in religion and youth ministry.  

Caitlyn is happy to be back in St. Augustine with her husband and their son, Oliver.
