HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Highland High School in Monterey, Va.…Lettered all four years in soccer…A two-time all-state and a three-time all-Delaney Athletic Conference selection…Named the conference’s MVP in 2007…Helped lead the Hawks to their second consecutive VISAA state title and a 21-0-2 record as a senior…Played on a defense who recorded 18 shutouts and yielded six goals in 23 matches…Captained the team for three years…Played for Head Coach Dave Deisterhoft…Also lettered in basketball, cross country, lacrosse and volleyball.
CLUB SOCCER: Played for the Culpeper Comets for eight seasons.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Mark and Lori Spencer…A deaf and elementary education major…Has one brother…Her favorite athlete is former high school teammate and current Davidson College soccer player Callan Elswick.
