Teddy West

Teddy West begins his first season as an assistant coach for the 2026 season.

West comes to Flagler from DME Academy in Daytona Beach, Florida. He helped nurture the talent there so they would be prepared to be playing at a higher level of competition or being considered for the national team.  He served as the national team assistant coach and the regional team head coach. Prior to that, he served as a coach for the Ormond Beach Soccer Club. West also served as a graduate assistant at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2022.

West graduated from Embry-Riddle in May 2021 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He earned his master's in business administration in December 2022 from Embry-Riddle and May 2026, West earned a master's degree in information technology management from Cumerland University in Lebanon, Tennessee. As a student-athlete, West received the team MVP award in 2018 and 2020. He took home the players award in 2017 and 2019.Â
