JUNIOR (2006): Played in 47 games, starting 42…Batted .260 and had a .955 fielding percentage…Stole 8-of-10 bases…Collected 38 hits and scored 22 runs…Had four sacrifice hits…Had seven multi-hit games…Went 3-for-4 with two runs scored and a walk at Florida Memorial (Mar. 5)…Went 2-for-3 with three RBI at SCAD (Feb. 18)…Went 1-for-2 with a run scored and two stolen bases against Bellevue (Mar. 17). 

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Attended Lincoln Trail College in Robinson, Ill….Batted .304 with 49 hits, 27 RBI and scored 43 runs… Attended Ball State University in Muncie, Ind., as a freshman…Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Penn High School in Mishawaka, Ind….Lettered in baseball all four years…Batted .390 with 10 home runs, 114 runs scored 37 doubles and 10 triples in his career…A three-time All-Northern Indiana Conference first-team selection…Set the IHSAA 4A State Championship record for runs scored in a game with four vs. Castle High in 2001…Also finished with the highest batting average, .586, in the history of the conference…Was the starting shortstop for Team Indiana in 2002…Named Team Captain as a senior and also earned Team MVP honors…Also lettered in basketball for three years.

PERSONAL: Son of Dan and Sanda Harrell…A business administration major…Has two younger sisters…Favorite movie is “Cinderella Man.”
