2025-26 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Participated in five meets... Recorded a personal best of 19:02.6 in the 5k and finished sixth at the 2025 Peach Belt Conference XC Championships (Oct. 25)... Ran a person best of 22:32.1 in the 6k at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 8).

Indoor
Participated in three meets... Ran a personal best 10:37.97 in the 3000 meter at the Alachua County Sports and Event Center Invitational and Mult (Jan. 23-24)... Finished fifth in the mile with a personal best time of 5:06.12 and finished second in the distance medley relay with a team time of 12:39.32 at the 2026 Peach Belt Conference Championship (Feb. 23).

Outdoor
Ran in four meets... Ran a personal best of 2:18.28 in the 800 meter at the 2026 Hampton Inn River City Relays (March 19-20)... At the 2026 Peach Belt Conference Outdoor Track Championship, she finished third in the 5000 meter with a time of 17:45.71 and fourth in the 1500 meter with a 4:41.08 (May 1-2).

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Granville High School in Granville, Ohio...Lettered all four years in cross country and track...As a freshman, placed third in the 4x800 at indoor states...Won states in cross country and named All-District and All-Region as a sophomore...4x400 indoor state champion as a senior.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Lance and Sabrina Poling...Has two sisters, Ava and Chloe...A Business major.
