2025-26 (SOPHOMORE):
Indoor
Competed in four meets... Recorded a personal best in the 60-meter with a time of 8.49 at The Legends of Alachua County Invitational COLLEGE (Jan. 31-Feb. 1)... Finished second for running a leg in the DMR with a 12:39.32 time at the 2026 Peach Belt Conference Championship (Feb. 23).

Outdoor
Participated in seven meets... Ran a personal best of 26.12 in the 200-meter at the 2026 Hampton River City Relays (March 19-20)... At the Embry-Riddle Running Elements - college and open, she competed in the 100-meter with a time of 12.81 (April 2-4)... Recorded a personal best of 59:12 for the 400-meter at the 2026 Peach Belt Conference Outdoor Track Championship (May 1-2).

2024-2025 (FRESHMAN): 
Indoor
Participated in five meets...Ran a personal best time of 8.67 in the 60 meters at the Jimmy Carnes Track and Field (Jan. 17)...Ran a leg on the distance medley relay team that finished in first place with a time of 12:42.48 at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (Feb. 17)...Posted a top 10 finish in the 400-meter run at the Peach Belt Conference Championship with a time of 1:04.08...Ran a time of 28.62 in the 200 meter run at The Legends of Alachua County Invitational (Feb 1)...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Gold Scholar. 
 
Outdoor
Participated in five meets...Posted two personal bests at the Embry-Riddle Eagle Invite (March 8), recording a time of 13.40 in the 100-meters and a time of 27.64 in the 200 meters... Recorded a top ten finish and a personal best time of 1:01.98 at the 400-meter Peach Belt Conference Championship (April 28-29)...Ran a leg on the 4x100 relay team that placed third at the Georgia Showdown (April 12) with a time of 51:49.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from James Wood High School in Winchester, Virginia... Lettered all four years in track and field for sprints and swimming... Finished 4th at the Apple Blossom Invitational for the 4x100-meter... Made multiple regional appearances for the 100m, 200m, 4x100m, 4x400m, and long jump for track anf field... Made appearances for swim in the 200m and 500m... One state appearance for the 4x400 her senior year. 

PERSONAL: Is the daughter of Michael Vreeland, Lisa Sutherland and step-daughter to Ben Sutherland... Has one sister... Is a coastal environmental science major.
