2024-2025 (SENIOR):
Cross Country
Participated in four meets...Ran a 19:26.2 at the Upstate Invite 5K (Oct 19)...Had a top 10 finish at the GCSU Bobcat Invite (Sept. 28) with a 5K time of 20:31.3...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Gold Scholar...D2 ADA award recipient.

Indoor
Competed in three meets...Ran a leg on the 4x400 relay team that finished second at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (Feb. 17) with a time of 4:00.87...Posted a time of 2:25.54 in the 800-meter run at The Legends of Alachua County Invitational (Feb 1). 

Outdoor
Ran in three meets...Ran a leg on the 4x400 relay team that posted a time of 4:36.67 at the Spartan Relays (March 29)...Ran a 5:11.46 time in the 1500-meter run at the Georgia Showdown (April 12). 

2023-2024 (JUNIOR):
Cross Country
Ran in three races...Posted a personal-best 18:45.4 5K time and placed 17th at the PBC Championship (Oct. 21)...Ran a 3M time of 19:15.8 at the Mountain Dew Invitational...Earned academic all-conference honors...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar...D2 ADA award recipient. 

Indoor
Competed in six meets…Had a p.r. in the 800-meter dash (2:17.47) at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 9)...Ran a leg on the distance medley relay team that finished in first place wth a time of 11:55.77 at Florida Collegiate Invitational (Jan. 26-27), which was the second-fastest time in the region.

Outdoor
Participated in five meets...Ran a leg on the 4x400 relay team that finished in third place (4:01.40) at the PBC Championship (April 29-30).

2022-2023 (SOPHOMORE):
Cross Country
Ran in three races...Posted a personal best 5K time of 19:26.8 at the FSU Invitational (Oct.7) and placed 105th...Ran a 20:08.2 5K at the VSU Border Clash (Sept.2)  to earn 26th place...Placed 19th at the PBC Championships (Nov.5) with a 5K time of 19:44.1...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Gold Scholar...D2 ADA award recipient.  

Indoor
Competed in the mile run (5:32.03) and the 4x400 relay (4:21.55) at the JDL Early Bird Invitational (Dec. 4).

Outdoor
Participated in six meets...Ran a leg on the 4x400 relay team that finished in fourth place with a time of 4:06.21 at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (April 20-21)...Had a p.r. in the 1500 meter run (4:58.92) at the River City Spring Break Classic (March 16-17)...Also recorded a p.r. in the 800 meter run (2:19.99) at the Electric City Invitational (April 14-15).

2021-2022 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Ran in four races...Recorded a 28th place finish at the PBC Championships (Oct. 23) with a 5K time of 20:30.5...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Bronze Scholar.

Indoor
Competed in all four meets...Finished in eighth place in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:29.25 at the JDL Flat is Fast Invitational (Jan. 23).

Outdoor
Competed in five meets...Had a fifth place finish in the 400 meter dash with a time of 1:03.24 at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic (April 1-2)...Finished in fifth place in the 800 (2:24.84) abd sixth in the 1500 (4:59.17) at the Tampa Distance Classic (March 4)...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Bronze Scholar.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Estero (Fla.) High School...Broke her own 200m and 400m records to help earn her first team all-area honors as a senior... Also helped the team qualify for the state championships....As a sophomore, she was a regional qualifier in the 400m...Set the school record in the both the 200 and 400-meter dash as a freshman.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Therese and Michael Hood...A criminology major.
