Cross Country
Ran in three meets... Record a new best for the 5k in 20:24.7 to place fourth at the VSU Cross Country Border Clash (Sep. 5)... At the FSU Invite (Sep. 26), she ran a best for the 6k in 24:51.5.

Indoor
Competed in three meets... New best for the 3000 in 11:05.42 at the 2026 Jimmy Carnes Track and Field College Open and Masters (Jan. 15)

Outdoor
Ran in five meets... At the Embry-Riddle Running Elements - college and open (Apr. 4) she ran two personal bests for the 800 in 2:28.53 and the 1500 in 4:56.47.

2024-2025 (RS-SOPHOMORE):
Cross Country
Participated in three meets...Ran a personal best 5K time of 20:27.6 at the Upstate Invite (Oct. 19)...Posted a 21:38.2 time at the GCSU Bobcat Invite (Sept. 28)...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar.

Indoor
Competed in one meet...Posted an 11:26.81 personal best time in the 3000-meter run at the Celebration Pointe Classic College TEAMS (Feb. 7). 

Outdoor
Participated in five meets...Recorded a personal best time of 19:40.25 at the 5000-meter run at the Embry-Riddle Eagle Invite (March 8)...Ran a 5:24.35 personal best mile time at the App State Open (April 18-19)...Posted a PR in the 1500-meter run at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (April 28-29) with a time of 4:58.32...Posted a top-five finish in the mile at the Spartan Relays (March 29) with a time of 5:33.55.

2022-2023 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Ran in the VSU Border Clash (Sept. 2) where she posted a 5K time of 21:19.6...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Presidential Scholar.

Indoor
Participated in four meets...Recorded a p.r. in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:35.48 at the Florida University Invitational (Feb. 9-10).

Outdoor
Competed in four meets...Had a p.r. in the 400 meter run (1:08.93) at the Knights Invitational (March 24-25) and the 5,000 meter run with a time of 21:41.30 at the Electric City Invitational (April 14-15).

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Chopticon High School in Morganza, Md... Lettered in cross country, track and soccer…Her top 5k time as a senior was 19:52…Received MVP award for indoor and outdoor track and cross country as a senior…Finished in ninth place in the state of Maryland and earned all Southern Maryland all-conference team award as well as MVP as a sophomore…Received MVP and qualified for state as a freshman.
 
PERSONAL: Daughter of Stephanie and David Fowler...Has two sisters and three brothers... a criminology major.
