Participated in three meets...Posted a personal best of 21:20.8 at the 5K Upstate Invite (Oct. 19)...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar.

Indoor
Competed in three meets...Ran a personal best at the 3000-meter Celebration Pointe Classic College TEAMS with a time of 11:08.07 (Feb. 7)...Posted a top 10 finish at the 3000-meter run  at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (Feb. 17) with a time of 11:15.97. 

Outdoor
Participated in four meets...Recorded a PR in the 5000-meter run at the Embry-Riddle Eagle Invite (March 8) with a time of 19:44.24...Ran a 5:49.68 in the mile at the Spartan Relays (March 29)...Posted a personal best time of 5:13.92 in the 1500-meter run at the Georgia Showdown (April 12). 

2023-2024 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Ran in three races...Ran a personal-best 5K time of 21:33.8 at the FSU Invitational (Sept. 29)...Placed 42nd and ran a 6K time of 27:30.0 at the 2023 SSC Preview (Oct. 13)...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Presidential Scholar.

Indoor
Participated in one meet...Ran in the 3000-meter run at the Florida University Last Chance (Feb. 9).

Outdoor
Competed in four meets… Had a p.r. of 5:23.36 in the 1500-meter run at The Spartan Classic (March 1).

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Dominion High School in Sterling, Va...Lettered in cross country, track and field and soccer...Competed at district and regional cross country and track meets.
