Cross Country
Participated in three meets...Posted a personal best time in the Upstate Invite (Oct. 19) with a time of 20:12.3...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Bronze Scholar. 

Indoor
Competed in three meets...Ran a personal best 3000-meter time of 11:37.77 at the Jimmy Carnes Track and Field College (Jan. 17)...Recorded a 5:42.97 in the mile at the Celebration Pointe Classic College (Feb. 7). 

Outdoor 
Competed in five meets...Posted a personal best at the 5000-meter run at the Embry-Riddle Eagle Invite (March 8) with a 19:30.16 time...Recorded a 5:04.93 personal best time in the 1500-meter run at the Georgia Showdown (April 12)...Posted a PR at the App State Open (April 18-19) in the mile run with a tme of 5:36.91...Ran a leg on the 4x400 relay team that finished in fourth place at the Spartan Relays (March 29). 

2023-2024 (SOPHOMORE):
Cross Country
Ran in one race...Ran a 5K time of 22:03.9 and placed 26th at the Embry-Riddle Cross Country Classic (Sept. 16).

Did not compete.

2022-2023 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Ran in two races...Posted a personal-best 5K time of 22:01.8 to place 68th at the South Florida Invitational (Oct. 14)...Placed 65th at the VSU Border Clash (Sept. 2) with a 5K time of 22:14.1.

Indoor
Participated in five meets...Recorded a p.r. in the 800 meter run (2:35.21) at the Celebration Pointe Indoor Classic (Feb. 2-3)...Turned in a personal-best time in the mile (5:43.31) at the Florida University Invitational (Feb. 9-10).

Outdoor
Competed in four meets...Recorded a p.r. in the 5,000 meter run (20:36.79) at the River City Spring Break Classic (March 16-17)...Had a p.r. in the 400 meter run (1:09.95) at the Knights Invitational (March 24-25). 

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from South Fork High School in Stuart, Fla... Lettered in cross country and track… Was on the Treasure Coast All-Star cross country team as a sophomore, junior and senior…Competed at the cross country state competition as sophomore and senior…Completed her vet assisting license…. Qualified and competed at the Easter Surfing Association Regional competition in Nags Head, N.C. in 2020 and 2021.  

PERSONAL: Daughter of Janice and J. Paul Mills...Has one brother and one sister...A coastal environmental science major.
