2024-2025 (SENIOR):
Cross Country
Participated in four meets... Ran a 17:52.0 in the 5k 2024 Peach Belt Conference Cross Country Championships, placing third. (Oct 26). 
Posted a 22:04.5 6k time at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championships. (Nov 9). 

Indoor
Competed in five meets... Posted a personal best at the 3000-meter RADD Sports Invitational College TEAMS with a 10:03.76 time, finishing third. (Jan 24-25).  Ran a 17:44.17 at the 5000-meter The Legends of Alachua County Invitational College TEAMS, placing third. (Feb 1). Finished in first place in both races, the 3000-meter and the 5000-meter, 2025 Peach Belt Conference Championship with times of 10:51.16 and 18:03.73, respectively. (Feb 17).  Recorded a 4:00.87 time in the 4x400 at the 2025 Peach Belt Conference Championship, finishing second. (Feb 17).  Ran a 5:05.41 mile time at the 2025 Last Chance Indoor National Qualifier at Boston Univ, placing tenth. (Mar 2). 

Outdoor
Ran in three meets... Placed fourth in the 4x400 at the App State Open with a 4:06.28 time. (Apr 18-19).  Ran a 17:38.25 at the 5000-meter Raleigh Relays. (Mar 27-29).  Posted a 4:47.34 1500-meter time at the Peach Belt Conference Outdoor Track Championship, finishing in first place. (Apr 28-29).  Recorded a 4:01.38 time in the 4x400 at the Peach Belt Conference Outdoor Track Championship, placing third. (Apr 28-29). 

2023-2024 (JUNIOR):
Cross Country
Ran in five races...Ran a personal-best 17:47.3 5K time and placed fourth at the PBC Championship (Oct. 21)...Placed 12th with a 6K time of 22:19.1 at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championship (Nov. 4)...Ran a personal-best 6K time of 22:03.7 at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championship (Nov. 18).

Indoor
Competed in five meets…Had a p.r. in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:16.73 coming in fourth place at GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 9-10)...Ran a leg on the distance medley relay team that finished in first place with a time of 11:55.77 at the Florida Collegiate Invitational (Jan. 26-27), which was the second-fastest time in the region.

Outdoor
Participated in four meets…Had the third-fastest time in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 17:10.95 at the Raleigh Relays (March 28)...Recorded a p.r. in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 40:07.56 resulting in a first place finish at the PBC Championship (April 29-30).

2022-2023 (SOPHOMORE):
Cross Country 
Ran in five races...Ran a 22:59.4 6K at the NCAA Division II Country Championship (Dec. 2)...Earned the Individual title at the PBC Championships (Nov. 5) with a time of 18:35.5 on the 5K course...Ran a 22:24.0 6K to place seventh at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championship (Nov. 19)...Posted a personal best 5K time of 18:14.6 at the FSU Invitational (Oct. 7) and placed 24th...Made her Flagler debut at the VSU Border Clash (Sept. 2) and placed 14th with a time of 19:35.2...Received PBC Runner of the Week for the week of Oct. 11...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Bronze Scholar.

Indoor
Did not compete.

Outdoor
Competed in four meets...Won the 1,500 meter run (4:40.06) at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (April 20-21)...That was the seventh-fastest time in the region...Finished third in the 5,000 meter run (17:16.62) at the River City Spring Break Classic (March 16-17), which was the fourth-fastest time in the region...Finished in fourth place in the 800 meter run (2:17.45) at the Spike's Classic  (March 30-April 1), which was the 10th-fastest time recorded in the region...Had the 12th-fastest time in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (11:50.75) at the PBCs.

2021-2022 (FRESHMAN): 
Cross Country 
Attended University of Mount Olive in Mount Olive, N.C...Received Freshman of the year at the 2021 cross country championships…Finished in second place for the 5k at the Conference Carolinas Cross Country Championships with a time of 20:13.2.

Indoor 
Finished third in the 800m at the Conference Carolinas Indoor Championships with a time 2:26.47.
 
Outdoor 
Carolinas Conference freshman of the year…3000m steeplechase champion at 2021 track outdoor conference…Finished in first place for the 1500m at the 2021 Conference Carolinas Championships
