Competed in four meets...Posted a personal best 5K time of 17:43.4 at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (Oct. 26) and finished in second place...Ran a personal best 6k time of 22:09.5 at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Championships (Nov. 9), finishing in the top fifteen...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Presidential Scholar...D2 ADA award recipient.  
  Ran in four meets...Posted a personal best 10000-meter time of 37:31.46 at the UCF Black & Gold Challenge (March 21-22)...Ran a time of 18:20.47 in the 5000-meter run at the App State Open (April 18-19), finishing in fourth place...Placed second in the 10000-meter run at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (April 28-29) with a time of 42:10.49). 

2023-2024 (JUNIOR):

Ran in five races...Placed sixth and ran a personal-best 5K time of 17:48.2 at the PBC Championship (Oct. 21)...Ran a 22:42.9 6K time and placed 22nd at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championship (Nov. 4)...Posted a personal-best 6K time of 22:31.3 at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championship (Nov. 18)...Earned academic all-conference honors...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar...D2 ADA award recipient.

Ran in four races...Posted a personal best 5K time of 18:50.1 at the FSU Invitational (Oct. 7)...Placed 13th at the VSU Border Clash (Sept. 2) with a time of 19:27.4...Ran a 18:59.1 5K at the PBC Championships (Nov. 5) and placed sixth...Placed 18th with a time of 22:50.5 in the 6K at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 19)...Received PBC Runner of the Week for the week of Sept. 2...Earned academic all-conference honors...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar...D2 ADA award recipient.  

Indoor
Participated in two meets...Recorded a p.r. in the 3.000 meter run (10:23.40) at the JDL Early Bird Invitational (Dec. 4)...That was the 14th-fastest time in the region...Finished in fifth place in the 3,000 (10:26.38) at the JDL DMR Invitational (Feb. 17-18).

Outdoor
Competed in four meets...Finished in second place in the 10,000 meters (37:50.65) and third in the 5,000 meters (17:54.37) at the Peach Belt Conference Championship (April 20-21)...Her 10K time was the 13th-fastest time in the region...Had a p.r. in the 5,000 meter run (17:40.22) at the River City Spring Break Classic (March 16-17), which was the 11th-fastest time recorded in the region...Recorded a p.r. in th 1,500 meter run (4:46.98) at the Spike's Classic (March 30-April 1), which as the 23rd-fastest time in the region. 

2021-2022 (FRESHMAN):
Cross Country
Ran in five races...Finished in eighth place with a 5K time of 19:25.3 at the VSU Border Clash (Sept.3)...Finished 16th at the PBC Championships (Oct. 23) with a 5K time of 19:41.4...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar.

Indoor
Competed in three meets...Finished in 10th place in the 3000 meter run with a time of 10:32.07 at the JDL DMR Invitational (Feb. 18-19).

Outdoor
Competed in five meets...Finished in fourth place in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 39:19.26 at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (April 22-23)...Turned in a season-best time of 4:58.64 in the 1500 meter run at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational (April 29-30)...PBC Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar.
