Joe Harding is in his 19th season as an assistant coach at Flagler.
Harding came to Flagler after a lengthy career coaching girl’s high school basketball in Massachusetts. From 1997 to 2007, he has served as the assistant coach at Easthampton (Mass.) High School. Harding helped the Eagles qualify for the Western Massachusetts Tournament in 10 of his last 11 years. In 2005, he earned the Massachusetts High School Basketball Coaches Association’s Assistant Coach of the Year Award.
Harding moved to St. Augustine after retiring from a 33-year career as a Vice President of Sales for Hasbro, Inc.
He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
