2006 (JUNIOR): Played and started in 18 matches...Tallied an assist in a season opening loss at Eckerd (Aug. 26).

2005 (SOPHOMORE): Played in 11 games, starting 10…Tallied one assist…Recorded an assists in Flagler’s 3-2 win over Saint Xavier (Oct. 13).

2004 (FRESHMAN): Played in 18 matches, starting 17…Scored two goals including one game winner…Scored the game winning goal in Flagler’s 2-0 over Warner Southern (Oct. 20)…Earned second-team All-Florida Sun Conference honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Allen D. Nease High School in St. Augustine...Lettered all four years for Coach Randy Eckensberger…Earned All-State honors in 2003 and 2004…Two-time All-City selection…All-County Player of the Year in 2004 and was the Class 4A State Player of the Year…Scored 20 goals and tallied 30 assists in career.

PERSONAL: Son of Smiley and Karen Sturgis…A sport management major…Has three brothers and two sisters…Older sister, Lydia, is eighth all-time in assists for the College of William & Mary women’s soccer program and younger brother, Nathan, plays for the Los Angeles Galaxy in the MLS…His favorite television show is Family Guy.
