Michael Lamb begins his fifth season as an assistant coach at Flagler.

Lamb served three years as an assistant coach at Saginaw Valley State University where he helped coach the team to an overall record of 43-13-4 and a 33-4-2 record in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC). In 2016, the Cardinals won the GLIAC regular season title. Saginaw advanced to the NCAA Division II National Tournament twice (2015 and 2016). 

As a player, Lamb began his career at Oregon State University in 2011. He transferred to Saginaw Valley where he played three seasons and helped the Cardinals to regular and post-season titles in 2012.  SVSU advanced all the way to the national championship match in 2012 and finished with a 19-3-4 overall record. Lamb earned first-team All-Midwest Region honors in 2013 and was named the GLIAC's Defensive Player of the Year. He helped Saginaw Valley advance to the round of 16 the following year.Â
