2025 (SENIOR): Started all 17 games he played in...Had two goals on the year...One against Lynn (March 16) and the other against Colorado Mesa (May 2)...Made a total of four assists on the year...Picked up 42 ground balls...Won 146 face offs.
2024 (JUNIOR): Started all 16 games he played in… had two goals at Florida Tech (Feb. 17) and at Lander (April 6)… had 11 shots, seven of which were on goal… picked up 88 ground balls, including 10 at Embry-Riddle (Feb. 10) and 10 at Montevallo (May 3)… caused seven turnovers… and finished the season with a 173 face off wins.
2023 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in 15 games, drawing five starts... Won 49 face offs and picked up 25 ground balls.
2022 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in 15 games, starting in four, in the Saints inaugural season...Finished 72-155 in the faceoff circle including a perfect 7-7 against Young Harris (May 3).
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from The John Carroll School in Bel Air, Md… Lettered in soccer, wrestling, and lacrosse.
CLUB: Competed for Susquehanna Stripers Club Lacrosse
PERSONAL: Son of Mike and Bonnie Mitrega… Has a brother… An accounting major.
